accessories – current sensor, sense resistors and shunts

	VCS Series Isolated Hall Effect Current Sensors provide high-bandwidth current sensing with amplified output. The 50Ω voltage output may be directly connected to an oscilloscope or data acquisition system
	Current Sense Resistors accurately convert a current signal to a voltage signal that may be measured with a digitizer or digitizing multimeter.
	Current Shunt Cable (short) for SMU High Current Models). It is normal for a device under test to have a voltage potential across it during the off time. Even though a voltage is present, the current through the device is very small or zero during this time. A current shunt cable may be used to reduce this voltage eliminating residual light.
	Current Shunt Cable for SMU Models. A current shunt cable shunts excess capacitance for a single source channel eliminating excess light output during pulse off. P/N 104464.
