What is LM-92?
LM-92 is a standard (document) that describes measurement science best methods (best practices) for optical and electrical measurements. Unlike other measurement standards described by LM-85, LM-92 recommends for the most accurate optical and electrical measurements, different measurement methods should be used based upon sweep current ranges. When using the LM-92 measurement method, you can expect a flat line LI curve that shows the true device characteristics.
